2. Products, quantities and prices
The key features of the products you order are on their product pages. Their names, quantities, VAT-inclusive unit and total prices, any shipping fee and the grand total are shown in the order summary at checkout and sent to you in the order confirmation email.
Product prices are set in US dollars, converted to Turkish lira at the daily exchange rate and shown incl. VAT on the site. Your order is placed at the Turkish lira amount shown at checkout and confirmed by you; exchange-rate changes after you order do not affect that amount.
3. Payment
Credit/debit card via PayTR (3D Secure, with instalment options) or bank transfer. Bank account details are on the Payment and Delivery page and in the order confirmation email.
4. Delivery
- Time: 3–15 business days after payment confirmation (no later than 30 days).
- Delivery area: within Türkiye only.
- Delivery address: the address given in your order.
- Installation is not included in the sale.
5. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. Notice: info@ankasmart.com or your account panel. Return the product within 10 days of the notice; return shipping is at your cost. The price is refunded within 14 days of receiving the notice. For exceptions, see the Distance Sales Agreement Article 6.
6. Complaints
You can send complaints to info@ankasmart.com at any time. For disputes, you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits, or to the Consumer Courts above them.
