Under Article 10 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), as data controller we explain below why and how we process your personal data.

2. Data processed and how it is collected
Identity, contact, customer transaction, financial, transaction security and (if you consent) marketing and cookie data are collected, partly or fully by automated means, through the Site's order, account, quote and contact forms, email and phone conversations, payment and shipping processes, and cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Taking, charging, delivering and refunding orders; answering quote and support requests: formation and performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c)
- Invoicing, accounting and responding to official requests: legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç)
- Site security and fraud prevention: legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f)
- Visit statistics, ad measurement and commercial electronic messages: explicit consent (Art. 5/1)
4. Transfers within Türkiye
PayTR and banks, shipping companies, e-invoicing and accounting providers, hosting and email providers, our legal and financial advisers, and competent public authorities.
5. Transfers abroad
If you consent to the Analytics or Marketing cookie categories, your online identifiers and Site usage data are transferred to Google LLC and Google Ireland Ltd., whose servers are outside Türkiye, as part of the Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager services. This transfer relies on your explicit consent under Article 9 of the KVKK; you can withdraw it at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of each page. If you do not consent, these services set no cookies and no personal data is transferred.
6. Retention periods
Contract and invoice records are kept for 10 years, request and complaint records for 3 years, security logs for 2 years, and marketing data until consent is withdrawn or after 2 years of inactivity; at the end of the period they are deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn whether it is used for its purpose, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction, to have these actions notified to recipients, to object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
