Prices
Product prices are set in US dollars, converted to Turkish lira at the daily exchange rate and shown incl. VAT on the site. Your order is placed at the Turkish lira amount shown at checkout and confirmed by you; exchange-rate changes after you order do not affect that amount.
Payment methods
Credit / debit card (PayTR)
- Card payments are processed by PayTR with 3D Secure verification.
- Your card details are processed by PayTR and are not stored on the Site.

Write your order number and your name or company name in the payment reference. Sending the receipt to info@ankasmart.com speeds things up. Orders ship once the payment reaches our account. Payments to foreign-currency accounts are invoiced (e-Archive) at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye selling rate on the payment date.
Delivery
- Time: 3–15 business days after payment is confirmed (depending on stock and delivery address).
- Delivery area: Within Türkiye only.
- Shipping fee: Any fee is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
- Split shipments: An order may ship in more than one package; we'll let you know by email.
- Checking on delivery: If the package is damaged, wet or crushed, have the courier record a damage report before accepting it, and notify info@ankasmart.com about it.
- If you're not at home: The courier may try again or leave the package at a branch.
Invoicing
Invoices are issued electronically (e-Archive) and emailed to you. For company purchases, enter the company name, tax office and tax number at checkout.
