Anka Sense measures carbon dioxide from 0 to 10,000 ppm with NDIR sensors and automatically runs ventilation, heating, cooling and humidification to the target you set. Monitor the values on your phone and get an instant alert when a limit is crossed.
In enclosed production sites, the carbon dioxide (CO₂) level directly determines yield and product quality. Greenhouse plants need enough CO₂ for photosynthesis; every stage of mushroom growing has its own CO₂ target; in poultry houses, high carbon dioxide is the first sign that more ventilation is needed; in cold stores, the CO₂ balance affects shelf life. In offices, rising CO₂ shows the air is getting stale.
Greenhouse
Optimum CO₂ for photosynthesis; CO₂ dosing starts automatically when the level drops.
Mushroom Farms
Automatic switching between targets such as 2,000–5,000 ppm for mycelium growth and 800–1,200 ppm for fruiting.
Poultry houses
Ventilation follows the real CO₂ level, so no fuel is wasted.
Cold storage
Round-the-clock monitoring of the CO₂ and humidity balance, with alarms.
Ofis ve iç mekân
Ventilation switches on automatically when the CO₂ threshold is crossed.
A CO₂ controller that does more than measure
Conventional carbon dioxide meters only display a value. Anka Sense S runs your equipment itself based on the CO₂, temperature and humidity it measures; you just set the targets.
NDIRCO₂ sensor
0–10,000 ppm measuring range, temperature compensation, high accuracy and stability, and a life of over 5 years.
4 röle çıkışı
Automatic control of ventilation, heating, cooling, humidification and lighting equipment.
Operating modes
Sensor-based, timed, or sensor + timed control.
Alarms
A separate threshold for each parameter, with an instant notification in the mobile app when one is crossed.
Sıcaklık ve nem
Measured in the same kit with ±0.1 °C temperature and ±1.5 %RH humidity accuracy.
Uzaktan izleme
Manage values and settings from anywhere over built-in Wi-Fi.
Anka Sense sensor kits use NDIR (non-dispersive infrared) measurement: CO₂ molecules absorb infrared light at a specific wavelength, and the sensor converts that absorption into a carbon dioxide concentration in ppm. The method is fast, stable and long-lasting.
What is the measuring range?
The sensor kits measure carbon dioxide from 0 to 10,000 ppm, and temperature compensation keeps the output linear and stable as conditions change.
What is the difference between a CO₂ meter and a CO₂ controller?
A meter only displays the value. Anka Sense S also uses its 4 relay outputs to run ventilation, heating, cooling and humidification automatically based on carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity.
What CO₂ level should I aim for?
It depends on the application: in mushroom growing, for example, values such as 2,000–5,000 ppm are used during mycelium growth and 800–1,200 ppm during fruiting. On Anka Sense S you set the target and alarm thresholds for each parameter.
How long does the sensor last?
The NDIR CO₂ sensor lasts more than 5 years and uses little power. For humid sites we recommend the Anka Sense Kit-1, protected by a plastic seal and cable gland.
